The Asset Audit app is designed to streamline and manage audit tasks effectively. It offers a comprehensive solution for tracking, organizing, and conducting asset audits within an organization.
The need for the Asset Audit app arose from the challenges faced in managing and maintaining the integrity of asset audits within large organizations. Traditional methods were often cumbersome, time-consuming, and prone to errors. To address these issues, the Asset Audit app was conceptualized and developed to provide a digital solution that enhances efficiency, accuracy, and transparency in the audit process.

Analyzing traditional audit methods to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Design a desktop management system to create, distribute, and manage audit tasks, while also designing an app for efficient task management. This design was completed in two weeks, during which I focused on intensive design and analyzing to ensure the design met all requirements and was ready for develpment within the tight timeframe.
Challenge: The new design needs to be integrated with the existing asset management system.
Solution: Maintain consistent data structures and consider redesigning the old system. This will allow for the reuse of components, enabling faster design output and ensuring a unified style.
